Cebu runners, this is a good opportunity to hear the experts in preparation for the 2011 Cebu City Marathon on January. Better be there and not only get freebies but good tips and points to run better.
Bacolod based coach Franklin “Frank” Echevarria of Frunk Training System (FTS) will be conducting a free running clinic here in Manila this Friday and Saturday, 16 and 17 April, 6-9 AM and 5-7 PM at the ULTRA track and field. This running clinic will be a bit technical but I’m sure that newbie and well seasoned runners will learn many things.
FTS takes a scientific approach with careful analysis of the runner’s biomechanics as well as the inclusion of “Nueral Level Training” and Kinematic Running Assessment Method (KRAM) for a thorough assessment and improvement of one’s running form and technique.
